1. How can I check the status of my order?
If you would like to track the status of your order, such as where your order is, when you will receive it, if it has been shipped, please log in and click on My Orders on any page of the website.
2. Are there any additional shipping costs?
In some cases, your destination country may charge customs duties or other taxes. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
3. Where can you ship?
We ship worldwide. We may need additional information to ship to certain locations, if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible.
4. What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?
We sell products that we believe to be of high quality and reliability. Before shipping each dress to our customers, our Q&C staff will do detailed item checking to ensure the high quality.
5. What is your return policy?
Customers must contact customer service to initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your items. If your product arrives defective, mis-shipped, or has the wrong color, you are eligible for a full refund. However, if the item is not faulty or is made to the size you ordered but does not fit, please note that we offer an exclusive option, and you may make an exchange, you have a period of 7 days from receipt of your order to do so.
Please note that the exchange is conditional on the item being free of any defects and not having been worn. It is important to emphasize that the costs relating to the return and delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we assure you the possibility of making an exchange, which will result in the issuance of a purchase voucher.

6. What will the shipping cost be?
We have three shipping methods including free shipping, standard shipping and expedited shipping. Shipping costs vary from country to country. It also depends on the weight of the items you order. You can place a test order to check the shipping cost.
7. How long is the delivery time?
Currently, it takes 20-30 days to make a dress from the day you place an order. You can check the specific tailoring time on the product page. Shipping time depends on shipping methods.
The fastest shipping takes 4-7 days for other products. Standard shipping takes 8-13 days, the sooner you place an order, the sooner we start preparing your dress. THANKS.
