1. How can I check the status of my order?

If you wish to track the status of your order, for example where your order is, when you will receive it, if it has been shipped, please log in and click on My Orders on any page of the website.

2. Are there any additional shipping costs?

In some cases, your destination country may charge customs duties or other taxes. We have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary considerably from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

3. Where can you ship to?

We ship worldwide. We may need additional information to ship to certain locations; if so, we will contact you as soon as possible.

4. What type of warranty do you offer on your products?

We sell products that we believe to be of high quality and reliability. Before shipping each dress to our customers, our Q&C staff will perform a detailed inspection of the items to ensure high quality.

5. What is your return policy?

Customers must contact customer service to initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving their items. If your product arrives defective, was shipped incorrectly, or is the wrong color, you are eligible for a full refund. However, if the item is not defective, or if it is made to the size you ordered but does not fit, please note that we offer an exclusive exchange option. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to do so.

Please note that exchanges are conditional upon the item being free of defects and unworn. It is important to emphasize that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we guarantee the possibility of an exchange, which will result in the issuance of a store credit.

6. What will the shipping cost be?

We offer three shipping methods: free shipping, standard shipping, and expedited shipping. Shipping costs vary by country and also depend on the weight of the items you order. You can place a test order to check the shipping costs.

7. How long is the delivery time?

Currently, it takes 20-30 days to make a dress from the day you place your order. You can check the specific customization time on the product page. Shipping time depends on the shipping method.

The fastest shipping takes 4-7 days for other products. Standard shipping takes 8-13 days; the sooner you place an order, the sooner we can start preparing your dress. Thank you.
